The urge to sketch, draw and paint has been there since childhood and I loved every minute of the time spent on drawing and painting. But, to take up painting as a full time career, was considered nothing short of fiddling on the roof. And maybe, in some sense it is true, particularly when there are practicalities of life to deal with. After two decades of a "real" job as a banker, I decided to quit banking and follow my heart, finally. Thank you, Nancy. That's not complicated.....it is only all those exploratory lines that we do in a sketch till the image emerges - only I have done it on an IPad instead of in my sketch book. It's fun.
